焊缝返修工艺指导
Indications
detected by visual or magnetic inspection
目视或者MT识别缺陷
If the
indication is shallow, identify the indication area and grind it superficially.
A QC technician must check if the indication is completely removed by the same
method use to found it.
如果是简单的表面缺陷,将缺陷区域标出做轻微打磨处理,QC检验员必须进行目视检查确保缺陷已经清除。
If after
the first grind the indication is still present, it must be recorded and
reported.
如果经过初次打磨后缺陷仍然存在,就必须做好记录并报告
After
report, digging the indication until a QC technician verify the ground area by
visual and magnetic test and report the indication was completely removed.
报告后,继续清除缺陷,并经过目视和MT检查,确保缺陷已经完全清除后,QC质检员必须做好记录。
After a
satisfactory inspection, recovery by welding as per applicable WPS.
经过充分检查后,按照返修工艺文件和适用的WPS进行返修。
The
repaired weld must be re-checked as per quality request.
返修后的焊缝必须按照质量要求进行二次检查。
Indication
detected by ultrasonic examination
用UT进行缺陷识别
All the
indications detected by ultrasonic testing must be recorded and reported.
所有UT检验识别的缺陷都应记录和报告。
After
area’s identification, digging by grind, machining or carbon arc gouging to
remove the indication length plus 50 mm per side. The area must be cleaned and
QC technician verify the complete indication removal by visual and magnetic
inspection.
在标定缺陷位置后,可以用打磨,机加工或者碳弧气爆的方式去除缺陷,清除区域应在缺陷长度两端各延长50mm, 缺陷必须完全清除并经过质检人员通过目视和MT的方式确认。
After a

It
is mandatory to report all Visual Inspections as well all NDT done, and keep it
