Hansal's Quality and Safety (QS) department operates independently from our factories' Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) departments. Comprising qualified professionals with international certifications such as CWI (Certified Welding Inspector) and CISWIP (Certification Scheme for Welding and Inspection Personnel), our QS team plays a crucial role in upholding stringent quality standards during the fabrication process.

The primary objective of the QS team is to act as vigilant overseers, ensuring that the fabrication adheres strictly to the specifications outlined in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). This plan serves as a comprehensive guide, detailing every aspect of the manufacturing process, from raw material handling and cutting to fit-up, welding, non-destructive testing, trial assembly, painting, packing, and loading.

By functioning as the client's representative on the shop floor, our QS team actively supervises and monitors each step of the fabrication process. This includes verifying that all activities align with the prescribed ITP requirements, thereby guaranteeing that the final product meets or exceeds the client's expectations in terms of quality and compliance.

The independence of the QS department ensures an unbiased and thorough assessment of the fabrication process, contributing to the overall assurance of product quality.
