Hansal implements a dual quality control system for overseas projects, comprising our factory's robust QA/QC system and Hansal's third-party QS department. This collaborative approach ensures the consistent delivery of high-quality products.

Before fabrication begins, a detailed Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) is formulated and submitted to the client for approval. All manufacturing stages strictly adhere to the approved ITP, covering raw material handling, cutting, fit-up, welding, NDT, trial assembly, painting, packing, and loading.

Our professional QA/QC team, with expertise in fit-up, welding, machining, and assembly, includes inspectors with qualifications such as CWI and CSWIP 3.1. Documentation, including inspection records and test reports, is meticulously compiled in English, meeting ITP requirements and reinforcing our commitment to transparency and quality assurance.
